Our outdoor doggy day care is a unique service where dogs spend their day in natural environments such as local bush tracks, off-leash areas, and leash-friendly parks. It provides opportunities for dogs to socialise, exercise, and receive supervised care in open, natural settings. 

We believe in the benefits of fresh air, natural sunlight, and open spaces for dogs to thrive. This setting allows dogs to enjoy freedom of movement and engage in natural behaviours, promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. 

Your dog will enjoy supervised outdoor play and exploration in local bush tracks and dog-friendly parks, calm pack walks through scenic trails, and enriching activities for mental and physical health.

 

To ensure the safety and well-being of our pack, we have established routines for positive dog behaviours. This includes sitting and waiting, waiting for a release before entering a dog park or exiting a car, and other positive reinforcement techniques. These measures create a harmonious environment and promote good behaviour during outdoor adventures.

Our team is trained in dog behaviour and safety protocols specific to outdoor settings. We carefully select locations that are not dog crowded, and conduct regular checks to ensure a safe experience.  
We also limit our pack sizes to small groups of up to four dogs and closely monitor activities to prevent any potential hazards.  

Our team creates a calm atmosphere during pack walks, which helps reduce leash reactivity and promotes positive social interactions among dogs.  

We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds. Prior to admission, each dog undergoes a temperament assessment and trial pack walk to ensure compatibility with our outdoor playgroups and to tailor our care to their individual needs and preferences. 

As we do visit unfenced parks, we do require dogs joining us to have basic recall knowledge. 

During our meet and greet, we focus on getting to know you and your furry friend better. It's a fantastic opportunity for your dog to become familiar with our pet professional and to establish a positive bond. 

We'll also go over the vaccination records and health conditions, logistics, schedule, and answer any questions you may have. 

Our goal is to ensure both you and your dog feel confident and excited about the upcoming dog walking adventures! 

Your dog will be assessed on friendliness with other dogs and humans, leash reactivity, recall skills, and pack bonding.

The assessment day fee is $60 (refundable if not successful).

Payments are made weekly via Pay ID, due in advance on the Friday before the booked week. 

For hassle-free convenience, we recommend an automatic weekly payment set up. 

To ensure smooth operation of service, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. 

Late cancellations will be subject to the full fee equal to the service’s cost. 

Yes. We still enjoy our outdoor adventures in mild drizzles.  

In the event of heavy rain or severe weathers such as heat waves or hails, we will reschedule to another convenient time for the safety of your dog and our pet professionals.
